Where is the HGEC body mod? All I find on tesnexus are clothing/armor mods for it, but not the actual mod itself.

That's not it. That's a clothing mod.

Try teseyecandy.com. They have the HGEC body and a full section devoted to it and all mods related to it. There is a ton there that never gets released to the general public.

It most certainly is it. In fact, it's both (body[ies] and clothing/armour). Body selector and clothing/armour replacer, or whatever. Basically says as much.

If for some strange reason you don't want what EVE offers, simply use the search function at tesnexus.com (search for, yep: HGEC).

The one Thomas Kaira linked to is the HGEC body mod itself.

However, what WhoGuru gave you is the mod that replaces all the (vanilla) clothing and armor into HGEC form (without which your character only looks HGEC if unclothed) and it includes the HGEC bodies (from the main mod) as well. Meaning that with it you don't really need the body mod itself, although it does add a little more variety - only seen in states of undress, but not affecting armour/clothing sizes.
