Hidden symbols and meanings

The nordic carved shield's face has a familiar symbol. but i can't quite place where its from. Seems talos or thor-ish

Seems more Draconic to me, which considering Nord/Atmoran history and culture makes sense. Just like how you see Akatosh symbolism in Imperial armour and Auri-el "Eagle" symbolism everywhere in Elven weapons and armour (especially that badass warhammer)
