Hidden things, References, Just cool hard to find things!

Yes, I get a kick out of that bizarre trap. Especially the arrows directing someone to go stand on that plate to start it off. How dumb did they think people were? What bugs me about that one though is sometimes a Havok glitch will set it off when I enter the building, and there's not much I can do to stop it in time.
Why would you want to stop it? If you stop it you don't get the cool prizes at the end.

Setting off the trap releases a shower of loot. It's worth a few reloads to get it triggered correctly.

As far as references the first thing that comes to mind is the small car from the movie Brazil. The three wheeled one that looks like it could only fit infants. they're all over the roads. Now that I think about it the similarities with the book The Road and Fallout are numerous.

Dunwich Building, missed it on my first play through.

I liked the story in here more than any of the side quests.

It's in the south west corner of the map.

The garden gnome chess game in one of the satellite towers was a nice find.

Also, the fallen satellite dish which was used as a home or storage..pretty cool place!

One of my favourites is that Teddy Bear trapped inside a Super Mutant shopping cart cage. As soon as you grab it you end up with a Behemoth barreling down on you.

I laughed at the Gnome Bowling Alley in Adams Air base in BS. It's easy to miss.

... and there's a wonderful Letter to the Editor on a terminal in Hubris Comics, as well as a State-of-the-art game.

yeah, the Roach King is cool (and completely random!)

Also, make sure you do some swimming in the river off Project Purity. Good stuff in boats and boxes under the water.
