dunno if this is old news, but i was screwing around with the tcl command and i accidentally came by this:

you can get there by using the tcl command (noclip) at the penthouse and going down, at first you'll see nothing but then it suddenly appears.

EDIT: nevermind... apparently it isn't hidden or unused... but i can't get there by the elevator, just the casino level, suite and penthouse

it's the cocktail lounge and you can get there after accepting to get the chip from Benny.
