It's actually a Thalmor armor. You can get them from the Thalmor High Elves, such as in Markarth when they come by to investigate the Understone Keep or the Thalmor Embassy on one of the early main quests.

I love elves so much, but the Atlmer, Dunmer, and Bosmers don't just cut it out for me because of their chaotic ways. Altmers are too arrogant and prideful, Dunmers are too dark and evil, Bosmers are cannibalistic. So I'm pretty happy with the Breton being Half-Elf, which is more friendly and outgoing. Call me cliched, but I love being the good guy! :) I'll just wait for mods to grow so I can jump over to the PC and play new elf races on Skyrim!

that is pretty ignorant and racist toward the elven races...

not all of them are like that, ya know.

there are some humble altmer, pure-hearted dunmer, and i doubt all bosmer are cannibals... isnt that something only valenwood bosmer are restricted to? i dont recall bosmer born/raised in cyrodiil, morrowind, etc... ever being cannibals.

i recall there being some very nice and friendly bosmer in morrowind and oblivion... also, morrowind had friendly dunmer, such as master aryon of house telvanni... the supposedly "evil" great house... yes, it had its fair share of cruel dunmer, but aryon fully supported the empire and even mixed in an imperial fort with his telvanni tower!

he was a very good person.

i also play as dunmer heroes in my games, they are good people... you are making the races out to be all of a single mind and personality... you do realize there are bretons out there who are even more evil than you think the dunmer are, right?

It's Thalmor Justiciar robes. You can find a set in the Thalmor embassy, on wandering Justiciars in the wilderness (usually on the roads to and fro cities) or in some of Jarl's castles. You have to kill them, though.

Yes, well, it IS still a racial stereotype. Of course, not all of them are like that. It is the majority, not the minority. Just like in real life, other races view Americans as fat and lazy, which is not true, right? But we have a LOT of those here in America, which is the majority. So even if I still play as a friendly Bosmer that hops around singing about magic, rainbow, and bunnies, the majority of the races will look down on me and go, "Hey, that's the cannibalistic Bosmer that follows the Green Pact! Sic 'em, boys!" Labels.

That's easy to make. However you won't get that skin color (but that's probably just shadows)

Yep it's Thallmor clothe, looks bad azzzz too. You find it on the corpse after completing the College quests. The Archmage robe reward looked cheesy compared to this which is why I used a mod to wear this and still have the arch mage stats. :hubbahubba:

They practice ritualistic cannibalism.

They're also ritualistically carnivorous. They're the most savage race, and they can annihilate entire platoons with a single squad to their intense skill in guerrilla warfare.

Call them short. Call them a joke. Call them anything, they're still the fiercest SoBs in Tamriel.

Using guerilla warfare to wipe out larger forces through attrition is nothing new. It doesn't make Bosmer the toughest SOBs around. Khajiit use guerilla tactics just as effectively if not more so. You don't take and hold territory using guerilla tactics though, as evidenced by the empire ruling while the bosmer are eating corpses of enemies.

How do I get a blank slate of this armor. I was all set to wear it until I saw the main piece already had a weak enchantment on it.

That's my favourite loading screen too. Awesome-looking Altmer with an awesome robe. His skin colour make him look like a Dunmer, though. I thought all Altmers had varying shades of goldish tint in their skin? Not Dunmer-dark.
