High level, boring ?

I'm the only one how think that the game seem to be scaled for 1-30 and not 1-50 ?

After reaching level 30, got my ebonite armor and cool stuff, I found that the game lose in interest. I have a feeling that I'm "done" the game, and nothing new will come.
Howewer, I really want to finish the mainquest and i don't want to reroll. I already did it a lot in oblivion and I'm bored to redone quests. I really want to keep the same character this time.

I'm not sure, but it seem that highest level enemies appear too early and the leveling itself seem to be too fast. For exemple, I just found a Dwemer ruin, I thought, "cool, i will forge a dwemer armor with it !" But no, it's useless, I already have an ebonite armor, and i can find at any merchant dwemer ingot...

I have not done much quest and I have several times "jump" armor or weapon class. For exemple, I never used Banded Iron Armor, Dwarven Armor and orcish armor because I always found better directly.
I know that forge is may be the cause to my fast leveling, and hesitate to reroll because of that. I keep stuck with the feeling that I "missed" lot of thing from the first levels.

So, for people having a high level character, do you find the game boring ? Can we find newer enemies at high level ? I heard that we can go to level 81... But for what ? If there is nothing new to earn (armor, new enemies, etc...) ?

Anyone got the leveled list of enemies and items ? (when it start to appear in function of level), It can be interesting to check it.
