High Level Enemies

Do you mean like in NV you couldn't kill a Deathclaw at low level? if so i whould like to see bigger people like a tall guy on steroids that does very high damage. and ofc hard to kill at lower level.

Umbra isn't a pushover at high levels.

I like it when high level enemies are unique.
One of a kind type encounters with some story behind them. Someone earlier mentioned a powered wizard who will not be distrubed... yeah.. things like that. Maybe travel by river into a cave where in the water live a strong octopus type creature that can cloud the water with ink and reduce visibility in combat. Things like that make adventuring super cool.

Gonna be crazy here (not looking at other posts) and say there should be a king mudcrab that's really half man, half crab, half mud. You find them late game in packs of mudcrabs. They drop king claws which can be used in potion to create a protect from blades +5

I suspect that mammoths will be one of these creatures.

Deathclaw equivalent in TES is daedroth (sort of)

Dragons could be TES Behemoths
I don't expect more than 10 dragons in my playthrough, otherwise dragonfights will become too often and loose their value

it would be awesome if some wormhole opened up and the Fallout universe went to war with the TES universe.........my money is on the Fallout universe. :)

Whats the point?
Few soldiers with shoulder nuke launchers (Fat man I think) and say good bye to TES
