I've not seen anyone do this yet? http://imgur.com/a/3oOTa. A lot easier to talk about stuff when it's standing still.

1.Wait haven't noticed that before but is that a tank in the Vetibird pre war picture?

2.That Deathclaw is massive

3.Picture "a9cV72T" in lack of a better name has a T-51b power armor.

4.The guy standing on the Vault door is indeed wearing a T-41d power armor.

Ps: Thank you for the Screenshots!

That looks much better than taking a screen shot of the video. The ship looks amazing :)

This is pure speculation:

In the shot of the Chained up PA in the Garage, I saw a minigun under the green Blanket on the floor on the left, and on the pegboard had a Laser rifle with various different weapon parts with it. Does this mean that we are getting upgradeable weapons back? Does this shot mean that we can Build Power Armor?

Another thing, Zepplins. Multiple cities. Looks good so far.

Vertibirds and Power armor. Maybe a return of the DC BoS? Maybe a new Faction altogether?

Do you mind if I use a few of these shot in a Breakdown vid?

Quite a decent amount of people, honestly. No, you're not the only human being on this planet. No, there is opinions on the matter and not just yours. Yes, people have been pointing at the dog and have been scratching their heads at the lack of detail on it. Should you care? Up to you, but the issue is still there, no matter how hard you try to sweep it under the rug :L Also this is about high-res shots, so the entire point is to make the pictures as large and crisp as possible for people to pick at it apart.

It looks like jsut seperate Textures. The Building sides and it's interior components migth be different sets of independant textueres and therefore cast no shadow.

Thanks for this!

Still unsure about the visual art style and colors but it does look really good. Especially those ferals!

I will say these screenshots look more true to the art style of the original Fallout 1 and 2.

Different textures don't directly affect an object's shadow properties, unless the shadow is tied to a property (reflectivity would diminish self-shadowing; bump maps, etc.). But a typical ray-traced shadow is determined by the mesh and not the texture. Some meshes simply have shadows turned off to improve performance (the pipes on the walls, for example). Ambient occlusion can usually handle those objects small far more efficiently anyway.
