High Setting Crash

so whenever i turn my texture setting to high, my game crashes after loading a save. i was able to play for like 5 minutes when i started a new game but peoples armors were purple and some textures were black

Right off the top of my head I'd say your vidcard isn't up to the job. :shrug:

If it has a 128-bit memory bus and/or DDR3 memory, it's barely going to run the vanilla game...

Best to keep your settings low, so you get a fast, fluid framerate and good game stability.

No antialiasing, and no high-def textures etc...

i'm running everything on max except for texture setting which is on medium

Then you need to turn your settings down, as noted above. It sounds like your video card is not capable of running the game at maximum settings.
