Higher resolution - Higher FPS

Hello everyone! Glad to be here! :)

I have strange issue with my Crysis 2. I have fully apdated version 1.9 and DX 11 Packs

Win 7 64, NVidia drivers are 275.33. 4Gb RAM, Quad Core, GTX 460. I play with resolution 1360 on 768 and have around 35-40 FPS, some times 45. But this resolution is not native i like to run in 1280 on 768 i have an old LCD Tv, so this resolution is recomended by NVidia drivers. But when i set 1280 on 768 my FPS i lower. About 20 all the time! What it is might be?

Problem solved!

Your screen refresh rate is being messed with, once you're in-game turn v sync on then apply, then turn it off then apply, my screen gets capped at 50MHz until i do this fix(each and every time i start it up).
Use a FPS monitoring software like afterburner and you'll see what's happening better.
