Highest Level You've Achieved

Post » Thu May 16, 2013 6:24 am

My main character, a spellsword, is at lvl 68. There are still a couple of skills he uses that haven't maxed out yet, but they're close. 70 is probably the highest he'll get. None of my other characters are above lvl 50.

The only attribute that isn't too bad is Health. 500 isn't that high compared to some of the other enemies in tha game.

I stated 65 as being the highest. It may have been 67... Either way, that is only achieved by my Assassins, as they utilize more skills than any of my other characters. My warriors tend to cap out around 35 or so.

My current character is level 30. She is an archer that will eventually evolve into an Assassin type. I am playing with an uncapper mod, for the first time, so her skills will continue to increase beyond 100.

That's how Bethesda should've done the Legendary mode. Instead resetting your skills to 15, they should've gone beyond 100.

I think level 48. I always heavily role-play my characters so I never use other skills just to level and only perk the four or five skills that I use. I also never join more than one or two factions and most my characters are retired before even trying the MQ.

Playing this way I really don't see that it's possible to go much higher. My highest guy does have a couple stills at 100, but how do you role-play your skill suddenly going to 15? No, I think that is all I'll get out of him.

Serious injury causing your chracter to forget things, Kept prisoner in a dungeon for a long time causing your character to not be used to certain skills. There is so many ways to roleplay that your skills are low again.

Or, I could just not metagame and role-play instead. Seriously, I have no problem retiring near level 50. It's not like I can't take on everything in the game now anyway. I hate that I'll never see some of the new dragons they added, but if I had to I'd just use the console to summon them in.

There are a lot of people that feel the same way. You would think the removal of the cap would be easier and use less resources than implementing a new mechanic.

I haven't entertained the Legendary selection because I couldn't see how my character could go from dealing 150 damage to 20 damage.

Nor do I. In fact, I have actually used the CK to recreate some of my favorite characters as followers. Well, the ones that actually retire and don't die beforehand.
