Now that that's been said
I honestly have some of my best skyrim experiences when I'm high. I make up these insanely unique RP characters and I get so engulfed with them and their story that I feel like I AM that character and I am IN skyrim or I feel like I am watching a movie and I have no idea what's going to happen next. All the actions of my characters feel so organic and natural, nothing is planned, it's just my character reacting to the world around him, like every other person on nirn.
I've played crazy R.Ps like an ancient primal Orc who's tribe was very unorthodox. He planned on overthrowing the chief and was plotting against him. When he was caught, they sent him hurtling through time with the aid of an elderscroll that the tribe cherished ever since they found it long ago.
My most recent character is a dunmer who was raised by an insane and deranged father/monk who believed he and his son (my character) are actually the last remaining Chimers. His dad taught him everything he knew and sent him into the world after polluting his mid with the same deranged and extremist views that he had. He's been hunting down Altmer and Aedra worshipers ever since. He believes he is the servent of Azura and his actions is her will incarnate. He also prays to and worships the other two "good" daedra Mephala and Boethiah.
Like I said, what does it for me, is how involved I feel, and how organic everything seems when I'm playing.
So I was wondering: how do you play Highrim, what do you enjoy most about it, and how does it compare to your standard Skyrim experiences?
