Hey guys, completely noobing out here, but I need to set up MILA on the highway above Haymarket Mall, leading up past Cabot House and Pickman Gallery.

I've been walking around that area for 2 hours now, but I just can't see how to get up there, I can't climb on because both ends are broken, and neither seem accessible, and I can't find an elevator, please help!

There should ne a building that gets you up There right under the marker chech all building interier I just done that mission.

is it the one on the bank?

or the one in the hanging train? ^^

the train should be below the the highway and accessible from the garden terrace

It's got a train hanging on the underside of it.

I've made it onto Garden Terrace and fought a Deathclaw Matriarch, but I still don't seem to be able to make it that little bit further onto the road itself :S

Werhey! I was able to make a running jump onto the car and drop in at the vantage point for MILA!

Look for some scaffolding on the side of the building.
