[BETA/RELZ] Hilgya the Seamstress Expansion

Post » Wed Sep 01, 2010 9:51 pm

I really don't need another clothing mod. Really. I don't. ...And that's what I'll keep telling myself, all the way to the download button.

These new clothes look absolutely fantastic, Plangkye--thank you!

There's not one single article of clothing pictured here that I don't like (and that's pretty rare with me). Many of these color combinations remind me somewhat of the muted pastels in Final Fantasy XI (I say this as a compliment).

I adore the Redoran outfits, all of them. I really think those are stunning. Beautiful stuff.

::EDIT:: I don't know about anybody else but I'm getting a 404 when I click on the 'Oblivion Blue Velvet Dress' link.

These clothes are absolutely gorgeous! They remind me of some of the outfits from Granado Espada, which was one of my favorite online games. Downloading at this moment and cannot wait to try them out!

Downloading right now! More shopping for Veil to do...

Edit - I'm getting a 'cannot find' message about that argonian mesh, using default etc which gives me those horrid yellow markers.

Man! I've been away all weekend and I missed the release of this! Thank you so much Plangkye!

I cannot wait to dress up some of my characters with your new clothing here! You have done an excellent job. I can't wait to see some more from you ;)

edit: With all the new clothing we have for Morrowind I think I need to compile all of it into a HUGE replacer for Morrowind (I especially like the new Redoran clothing!) even if just for personal use... I'm tired of seeing everyone in plain clothing...

Thanks again Plangkye!

Wow, you did a really great job on all of this. I can't wait to see the full release!

Also I've never actually released any Morrowind mods, but I love Morrowind and drawing clothes. I'm actually considering drawing and coloring up some Telvanni designs.

I encourage you to draw up some more concepts of clothing like your Redoran one CeJeu! You can help out modding without even modding yourself. And some new Telvanni styles would be excellent!

All right, since nobody's found any more bugs than what I've already corrected, I think this mod is good to go. Working on a final release as we speak!

Managed to make some royal telvanni clothes, that I decided to overlay on top of a (covered up) better bodies screenshot.

Those look fancy and cool! You should make a more detailed version too. To show off some other parts of the clothing so as to make it easier to see what parts we'll actually be able to see through ;)

Maybe you shouldn't be quite ready for a final release yet Plangkye. We could use some more Telvanni outfits. And you did an excellent execution of the Redoran styles!

edit: Sorry, to be a little overzealous. You've done a lot of work already Plangkye, I can't wait to try out what you've already done. I can't wait for the next expansion though :)

Is there a reason why putting on some of the clothes cause my game to crash? It happened in the first shop you did with male clothes, and now it does it with some of the female clothes.

Also, when I try to put on the Gold trim dress with a surcoat. I get this error message.
Model Load Error.

Meshes\Pl\2pl_dress4_under2.NIF cannot load file in Meshes\Pl\2pl_dress4_under2.NIF.

Will uses the default object marker...

Hi your mod is great but unfortunately im getting some error meshes concerning the loose cotton pants, it saying that it cant find the mesh for it and the same goes for one of the brocade full body robes, again your mod is wonderful but making sure all of the meshes are in there would make it wonderful. So thanks again for making a wonderful mod :goodjob:

Oh drat, I could have sworn I put those models in. All right, I'll see what I can do. Which of the brocade robes was the problem?

Shuuda: I have heard of this issue and I frankly have no idea what causes it. If someone could shed a little light I might be able to fix it, but the problem is baffling to me...

Isn't there a mod packager that includes all the resources specified in an esp automatically? I think I've seen it mentioned. I can understand that it is easy to miss something when doing it manually.

Well the both of Brocade Robes work in the CS, so it might have been a problem on my part, so sorry for that false alarm. But the loose cotton pants dont have a mesh, and without those the ashlander outfit simply doesn't pull together properly . But anyway the brocade robes worked and im happy about that. Also I just went through all of your male clothes and they all work in the CS except for the loose cotton pants. So i was just letting you know and thanks again for the mod.

A great mod - the clothes are just wonderful! (though I'd prefer more male ones, I just can't RP a girl - and Morrowind is a RPG after all)

I've done one of my usual tests (throwing every body new body part/gnd mesh into a test cell) and got these errors
Texture Load Error!: textures\pl\2pl_desertrobe_m_a.ddsTexture Load Error!: textures\pl\2pl_sorcerer_arms_glow_k.ddsTexture Load Error!: textures\pl\2pl_mcoat_devil_bottom_g.ddsTexture Load Error!: textures\pl\2pl_desertshirt_gnd_r.ddsTexture Load Error!: textures\pl\pl_m_devilcoat_gnd_g.ddsTexture Load Error!: textures\pl\pl_m_devilcoat_gnd_k.ddsTexture Load Error!: textures\pl\2pl_mcoat_talith_gnd_w.ddsTexture Load Error!: textures\pl\2pl_mshirt_4_gnd_br.ddsTexture Load Error!: textures\pl\2pl_mshirt_4_gnd_w.ddsModel Load Error: Meshes\Pl\2pl_desertpants_gnd.nif cannot load file in Meshes\Pl\2pl_desertpants_gnd.nif

Also, Ive noticed that the 2pl_mshirt_4 doesn't have a gnd model set.
