[WIPz] Hircine's Aspects Unleashed

My first planned mod (and possibly first released).


(Spoiler warning)


In my opinion, Guile, Speed and Strength are all truly important for a true hunter.

My idea is simple, I wish to add the option to fight all the three Hircine's Aspects for both greater glory and treasury, if not death.


- 100% vanilla (I can't create meshes or textures)
- as simple and focused as possible (to prevent possible conflict)
- MPP fixes included as needed


Current stage: Planning.


Accepting suggestions for a good mod name.

Could be interesting, I always wanted to be able to get all those items. Since I always chose guile to get the spear :P

Indeed. Unless I missed something since then, I posted a thread on ths in october I think. :)


I opened the CS to elaborate a strategy. I do not know yet how I will integrate this, but I'll find. :D

Seems to me a simple addition to the choice box and some additional dialog is all that is needed to start with. While its more complicated then that, thats the basic idea of it.

Anyway, this does sound interesting. It makes sense that if he gives you a choice of what to battle, then one of the choices would be for all 3 in like the "ultimate" hunt or something. Could even make the battle alot more interesting say transporting the player to a forest surroundign for battle or something like that. That is really indepth though, perhaps too much so.

Indeed. That's what I though. :) I have yet to think about how it will be done, because I don't want to disturb the natural feeling of the quest. Example, I know that Hircine is giving a speech and I don't want to disturb that part or If I do, I don't know how I will do it.

The choice for the great battle is also something I intend to implement! I was thinking about 2 choices :

- All the three at the same time
- One at a time (with or without a rest/speech from Hircine).

The Forest idea is great! This is definitively something I will try to do after I am done! :D

Yea, I always thought the area you battle him in was a bit plain. When I think of a hunt, I would think of doing it in like a forest or something, not an underground room. Originally I just meant a forest for fighting all three aspects at the same time, but it actually sounds like a good idea just to have the forest take place all the time.
