Appearance: Despite his young age, James has a weathered appearance. He's seen a lot of the Wastes, which toughened him up quite a bit. His physique is quite muscled, but not like a bodybuilder, he is quite slender. He has half-lang brown hair, bright blue eyes, and a tanned skin from the radiation and the burning sun.

Personality: James is somewhat short-tempered. Life in the Wastes hasn't been kind, and James has taken over the mentality of the Wastes, kill or be killed. He'll stay nice, up till the point someone bothers him, then he'll be happy to pull the trigger to get some peace and quiet. However, once you're able to win his trust, he can be a friend for life, as long as you stay on his good side...

Skill: James is an excellent lockpicker, and also knws his ways around traps and guns.

James grew up in Rivet City, looking out on the Citadel. At the age of 15, James decided it was time to roam trough the Wastelands. He bought a sawed off shotgun from Flak, and went on his way. as he made his way into the DC ru?ns, James was stopped by the Brotherhood, who tried to protect him. James however, raised with the worst morals imaginable, took this the wrong way,and killed one of the initiates.

From that moment, he was cast out from Brotherhood territory, and was forced to live in the Wastes. While befriending several Raiders, he remained a one-man party. Now, at the age of 20, and years of looting and killing behind him, James decides to return to the place he still calls home....

I walked down the rusted street as villagers hurried passed with worried expressions on their face, as a stranger I was never greeted warmly here , either ignored or threatened by locals but that was common in any city but tensions were higher than usual after the Enclave were defeated. Rumours of abductions were abundant and few people left the safety of the city for the fear of being captured and being forced to fight as an enclave warrior, if only the fools really knew what was happening.
I strolled into Moriartys and the smell of dirt and sweat hit me like a brick but i carried on in, unwavered by the sight and stench of the room I continued over to the bar and asked the ghoul bartender for scotch on the rocks then sat down in a darkened corner. As I lay back in the chair I looked up to see the ghoul gets smacked on the back of the head by a white haired and gruff looking man 'Serve the man his drink will ye, im loosin money' he growled in a heavy irish accent. The ghoul quickly wandered over to my table and placed down the scotch 'Sorry it took so long' he muttered. I threw him some extra change to compensate for his abuse, then rolled my eyes as the barkeep hit the ghoul once he returned to his post.

I'm no ghoul sympathiser, I believe there are certain advantages to being one but I don't agree with the way people discriminate against them. If it was a smaller town or quieter night I would have shown the barkeep a lesson in manners but now wasn't the time or place as I needed mercenaries to help me for my next job and people always get skittish when a local goes missing or is found dead. I doubt I would be able to hire people for peanuts now that enclave rumours were flying around but that didn't matter I had the money to hire whatever I needed. I had only been here several times previously and thought of someone I would have been able to hire, I looked up at the seat where Jericho used to sit, laughed out loud then took a large swig of Scotch.

I waited for there for a few hours, thinking about my last job and the mercenaries I used before muttering 'Shame' to myself, it wasn't long after that a man sat on the seat next to me, a wide grin on his face and piercing eyes that never stopped looking at my face. I looked up at him then went back into staring into my drink. 'Good night ennit, havin a good night then?' he asked, I looked up again and replied 'Tis alright I suppose, everything seems to be happening a bit slow'. As most people do, his smile broadened at the sound of my accent, coming from a wealthy background had its impact on me. My stance and accent often gave people the impression of riches and an easy target, they were wrong about the latter however.

The gained my attention by coughing, and when I turned my head in his direction his nodded down with his head towards his hand which was pointing in my direction, a 10mm placed tightly between his fingers, his smile as large as it was before, he looked pleased with himself for such as good find. I laughed and then nodded down to my hand which was holding my Scoped 44 Calibre Magnum, pointing right at his genitals. I then looked him in the eye 'I don't want there to be any trouble, this could go either way' I said, I could tell he was desperate and knew he had made a mistake. I set my drink on the table and pulled a couple of bottlecaps, in a small pouch out of my jacket and shook them 'I will give you these, you will take them and leave, do not look back at me or speak a word of this' He shook his head quickly, eyes switching between my face, the pouch of bottlecaps and my gun, his smile long gone.

I looked around before stretching my arm out to hand him the pouch of bottlecaps, before losing grip of them and dropping them on the floor, the man slowly bent down to pick up his prize. He had went down on one knee, head bent quickly looking at how much he had gained, that was all the time I need to jab and slice at the back of his neck, severing several nerves to stop him from moving and crying out. I leant forward 'Let me help you there' loudly enough for the few people nearby hear, 'drank too much have we' sounding convincing but with no expression on my face as I propped him back into his chair. He wouldn't die straight away but there was no helping him. I picked up the dropped bottlecaps, fell back into my chair and turned to the dying man. 'Want to hear a story or two? Do tell me if you get bored' I laughed as I picked up my drink and looked back at the man who started to make a gargling noise in his throat. 'Where shall we begin?' I chuckled
