Oh, almost forgot, I finalized the Indoril textures. Here you all go :)

The indoril looks great. I was inspired to take a look at the helmet in Blender and started playing with the UV maps, and have managed to get the chainmail in the back to something that is at least sort of an http://i51.tinypic.com/23rlldi.jpg. While I was doing that, I realized that my current indoril helmet plume says "DARKNUT WAS HERE" on it. *chuckle*

That looks great! It's hard to tell in that screen, but it looks like you reduced the stretching on the mask itself as well? :)

No, not yet, and that looks like it may be hard since there's not really anywhere on the mask texture that make sense for those stretched sections. The texture essentially needs to be twice as high, with the bottom half being the face and the top half being the top and back of the head. Of course, that top half only reallly needs to be "more of the same" of the edges of the face texture - solid colour with even detail.

Okay, http://i54.tinypic.com/35n4v3q.jpg is a WIP of the helmet mask with reduced stretching. It uses a texture twice the height of the standard texture and still needs some UV tweaking to restore the face completely and further reduce stretching, but I think you can see some improvement.
