I saw a quick message when I leveled up to go someplace to upgrade my pipboy, but have no idea what I'm supposed to do! All that's showing on the net is that stupid pip-boy edition of the game or whatever.

Anybody have any ideas?

yeah the message is actually telling you to go to your pip boy and open your traits chart to pick traits. there is nothing to update the pipboy
