Does anyone know at which rate the hit points are supposed to increase?

I'm level 12, have Live giver 2. I started with 9 endurance and raised it to 10.

All radiation is removed.

I currently have 252/252 hit points.

This number feels strange.

I already mentioned Live Giver 2 but I also have Toughness 2. But that is not supposed to affect the maximum number of hit points.
