do only casear legion send out assassins

ive pissed off ncr to the fullest extent and they still dont do poo about it

I believe you need to side with Legion or Mr. House for the NCR to send out their tough units.

I had them warn me just after leaving Primm, since I killed all of the NCR there. So it can't be anything to do with the later quests.

They give you three days to sort yourself out, then they come to kill you. Funny thing is I shot them in the back after they warned me, yet they still came back to warn me again when there was one day left. So I shot them again. And.. then they came back the next day to kill me. It was always the same two characters lol.

They actually come after you, you can also provoke them into fighting you. They're not that difficult to kill though.

Is it one time thing only?

or will they continue to pursue after you all across the mojave wasteland until you are dead?

Ive been villified by the NCR and failed the bear quest yet they still wont come after me, i want them all dead.. a wasteland free of NCR
