When i enter Hjerim it loads and before i get to see inside, its a black screen freeze. Anyone else get this/know how to fix?

Ive used the consol to purchase stuff and get the house going, because it was glitched. I also cant find Mjoll, she might be stuck in Hjerim.

If i cant fix the black freeze on entering, is there a way to reset the Hjerim house, idk... Back to its original state b4 the blood on ice quest? I just want this house to work as a house :/

I wonder why modders cant just delete the interior cell and make an identical one without all the original bugs.
