So I haven't been able to trigger the blood on ice quest for hjerim, I've been reading online and it may be because I killed nilsine (killing her was optional but gave me more gold) for the dark brotherhood quest mourning never comes. Because of this Tova killed herself, and I tried looting the key to hjerim off tova and finding the strange amulet, but still can't trigger the quest, and the guards in the cemetery never spawn for me. Anyone have any possible solutions or am I just screwed and can't get the house?
