So, this makes Skooma-trips a permanent experience?
At first, I would say this makes the game unbalanced... but most drinks have negative effects as well. Plus, it just sounds like something Clavicus might do to people. Maybe a bit more up Sanguine's alley, but still.

Well, it's liquid. I'm not sure if it'd qualify as booze or not. But it sure is addictive.
i'd think skooma should be scripted to need a skooma pipe to use. or at least enhance the effect.
With that logic there are many other potions too, like potion of heroism, love potion etc. May be I'll just stick with booze, no drugs for me
You mistake my logic, I was saying that it does seem to belong with the beverages, where it was placed. Not that all liquids should be included in your mod. I don't mind either way, the mod is interesting enough as it is.
Oh OK. And this reminds me. I left out Nord Mead. Going to add it and re-release it.

2.0 -- Incorporated my other mod 'Assassin Ambush' which made assassins attack while on a quest at remote locations. Also included female DB Assassins.
I like this one, it makes red mountain definately seem more of a sixth house region.

Corrected a small bug which made Safe Places Not Safe or vice verca sometimes.
Do I need to start a new game, or can I continue from my last save game if I got attacked twice by Dark Brotherhood?
You can use it mid-game no problem. The game complaints about changed DBAttack script, but nothing else. If you save the game with my mod loaded, that error disappears.

Some time ago I had an idea for a mod, but I don't know if I'll ever be able to actually make it...
The concept was, expanding on the idea of assassin attacks.
So, if you rank is high enough, you could be attacked by rival Great Houses, or by Legion, House guards and Ordinators if you have 1.000+ bounty, or by witch hunters, Ordinators and Buyoant Armigers if you're a vampire, etc., etc.
Just in case you plan expanding your assassin tweak mod. Or make an alternate .esp.

I certainly have some plans for expanding the attacks like tweaking the occurences and frequencies and your ideas could be used. But right now I'm busy actually playing the game . I know if I start modding I'd rarely play and I'm really looking forward to completing the MQs with a pure stealth charachter which I haven't done before. On top of that the college work has increased, so less time for modding. But I do have a magicka mod in the backburner and plan to expand the assassin mod a bit further. So once I get the 'mood', I plan to work on them.
