I've repatched the game, redownloaded DM twice. Holorifle is still gone, Gold Bars are still gone. Elijah's Frequency still comes in on my pipboy, and I still have the snowglobe. How do I get my stuff back?

Don't worry I'm not one of those people that complains about this being in the wrong section. But Im not sure what happened first. Explain more.

I completed Dead Money, had the Holorifle and gold bars. The Bars were in my suite, and the Holorifle in my inventory. I installed the patch for Honest Hearts, an it caused the problem with dead money items disappearing. Ive updated to 1.06 now, and I've reinstalled dead money to try and solve the problems with no luck. And thank you.

yeah I don't know what to tell you. You may have to make a new game just to get that stuff back.
