I have a bunch of holotags and i have beat the game (note: i dont have any of the DLC's), but right now technically im playing the game and trying to find other locations while Liberty Prime is blowing the Enclave to bits at the Jefferson Memorial... When i recently met up with alot of B.O.S. people they died from alot of Super Mutant Masters and a misplaced Fat Man Mini Nuke (oops).. so i have their holotags and to make this a little shorter when i go to Scribe Jameson to give them to her she only does outside dialogue ("hail!" or something along the lines of "We will defeat the Enclave") and im not actually able to talk to her, anybody know why im not able to?

Once you start the Take it Back! quest, Brotherhood of Steel NPCs will stop talking to you and just shout phrases like that about beating the Enclave. The same thing happens with the merchant and most other BOS members who would normally speak to you.

Yup, this. She'll still buy them from you afterwards if you have Broken Steel, but at the stage you're at now you can't sell them to her anymore.

No no, it just means there is a point at which you are unable to bring them back, which is during the final quest (of the vanilla game).

When you start the "Take it Back" quest (which is the last quest) you can't do anything like talk to any one or tread etc etc.
And without the DLCs you are basicly stuck in doing the last mission and... well dieing.
