After picking up a holotape it doesn't even show up in my Notes section of the pipboy. In fact the notes section is labeled wrong and says Misc instead of notes so I have two Misc sections.

their is no notes section..... local map, world map, quests, misc, radio
holotapes show up under misc

But that's not how it should be because there's already a Misc section under Weapons, Apparel, Aid, Misc, Ammo, one should be Misc and one should be Notes. Anyway that's not a big deal, the big deal is holotapes don't show up anywhere when you pick them up.
