Holy Crap Patch 1.9

i don't know if I understand...

For example, If my lockpicking skill is 100 and I decide to transform that skill into legendary, lockpicking will be 15 and I can use the whole perks from that skill in another skills, plus level up?

We'll have to see it in action, but it sounds like this:

If your lockpicking skill is 100 and you decide to transform it into legendary - lockpicking becomes 15 and you can use the perks wherever you want - up to and including the lockpicking.

But then you can possibly re-level lockpicking and get ADDITIONAL levels and perk points!

I want to see it in action though... so, my current questions are:

?) What does making a skill "Legendary" do to the gameplay other than resetting level but keeping perk points?
?) If this means there's no level cap, can we keep obtaining additional magica/health/stam boosts too? (meaning, when I hit level 82 - can I get another choice of magica/stam/health boosts?)

Wow, they certainly up some time into that one. Seems that one came quick too after only receiving 1.8 last month...

Oh wait, that's just for PS3. Well, looks like we got a timed bonus for once

I went through that entire list...

any fixes yet on object placement help? tired of having to raise an item 10 feet in the air and slam it to table so it sits upright, or using the ledge to flip it over. though the bad collision on objects is nice. maybe that will fix objects flying randomly off shelves when you leave your home and actually being able to make a plate of food. looks bad for my kid when I make them a nutritious meal of cooked pheasant, leeks, potatoes, and ale and nothing stays on the plate.
They need to make it like Oblivion was. Where you can grab and spot on said object, not just grab the center of it.

Many of those bugs are pretty common.

rpsgc, thanks for the answer

mvallas, Thanks for the answer, but then it is a bit nonsense this new system (it would be very good if this is gonna affect the whole game, but I don't see that happening)
