It's just the Oblivion UI using Skyrim fonts and images, with some minor tweaks.

Could be cool, but it looks like it would be hard to navigate without heavy use of the mouse, though. There are simpler UIs out right now that offer a modest amount of improvement that are worth looking into.

its unlikely without the CK, it can be done with the ck but without you cant really go into depth like that UI, but if it is a "prototype" then pls by all means Make it reality as soon as the CK comes....

I can't wait to see how good this game will become in 6 months time thanks to the modding community.

yep ive been using it since it got live. at this present time its the ONLY decent UI mod we have, its pretty damn good seeing he did it without the ck, and its stable aswell, ive encountered no glitches or bugs with it so far
My only complaint with it is, that Crafting UI seems unpractical at best, but the Overal UI is far better then the original one

I wouldn't say they're particularly easy - they need to be easy to navigate, clear to read, functional and aesthetically pleasing - it's easier said than done. However, as nice as Bethesda's LOOKS - this one trumps it in all categories...

It's meant to be the best for consoles.
I'm playing it on PC with a Xbox 360 controller...
It's really nice.

There should be a console UI version and a PC UI version...

It's just a mockup of an interface. Not an actual one.

That's what I'd assumed; I'd seen a similar mock-up, only with a list instead of icons; looks pretty good, I see great things ahead.

Still, what's available now such as the http://www.skyrimnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=667 isn't to be sniffed at: it's a vast improvement over what you get as standard.

Edit: oh, I see it's already been mentioned... bugger.
