I'm pretty sure it's just a prototype mock-up. I've seen a few really awesome ones. Once that CK hits, we're going to get some really awesome people working on some really awesome mods. That's one of the positives to having the game reaching such larger audiences. Om nom nom.

Actually I am certain it is a mockup now.

Look at the hover box's backdrop (otar exquisite)

The background is different, so it was copied from a different image.

I would definitely support anyone who would make this UI a reality though, looks amazing!

its unlikely without the CK, it can be done with the ck but without you cant really go into depth like that UI, but if it is a "prototype" then pls by all means Make it reality as soon as the CK comes....

Modding the UI doesn't involve the CK. The UI is made with a modified version of Flash 8 and actionscript 2.0. In theory they could have added a UI module to the CK but it seems unlikely since the Flash dev environment is likely richer than anything BGS could have slapped together to duplicate its functionality.

The tough trick at this point is decompiling the existing UI into something editable.
