A Home Away from Home 2

Ok, so I made a similar post a while ago, about " a home away from home" in Fallout 3. I was pretty successful, but now I'm playing New Vegas and I am not to fond of the Lucky 38...

I love the Lucky 38. I do wish it would open to the public at some point though.

Lucky 38 is nice... but too many loading screens to go through, and sometimes Strip makes me crash. I use the abandoned BoS bunker.

I prefer Novac. It has a pretty nice view, the doc is in town, and there is a certain giant dinosaur that reminds me of one of my favourite childhood cartoons

The Bison Steve Hotel

Has a few safe containers IIRC (med boxes). Has plenty of beds (each companion gets their own room ) and working sinks (for those of you on hardcoe).

Novak for me too. Granted, I've only run through the game with one character so far, and I just rushed the main quest and haven't seen much. I use the motel room at Novac because it's available early, there are three merchants (low money merchants, to be sure, but handy just the same), and it's safe to leave your things in the room's various containers. Also, Novak is about the only peaceful place around (once you settle the town's few quest lines).
