Any ideas for your spot of safety where you keep your broken prewar hat and drugs in the fridge.

I always have 1 home, with a bed/ storage naturally and if possible a toilet weirdly enough. It's somewhere comfortable to relax. Somewhere that's got some space but not overwhelmingly big so a few rooms. I generally collect books so shelves are needed, but mainly it's a nice location - home I eventually settled on in New Vegas was the Zion Ranger Station. I also used the Zion General Store nearby as a museum/ library to store the treasured items from my adventures.
