Honest Hearts always Installs in German : Fallout: New Vegas

Well, I recently Installed Honest Hearts again, back then that problem didn't bother me because I was playing with german voices (I have the AT uncut version which supports german and english) but now I set my game to english but no matter what I do the dlc won't install in english so all dlc related things are still german which I absolutely DO NOT want.

does anyone have any idea to get this fixed, It doesn't matter what I have to do to fix that as long as I can enjoy my game in just one language without that part being in german and another being too and so on, it just annoys me more than anything.

so if anyone can help, then pleaaase do even if I have to sell my soul for that as long as it works
