After the conclusion of Honest Hearts, I am stuck after the closing cut-scene. I've tried both end paths and the result is the same. After the narration has concluded, and I'm back at the Southern Passage, my PC is unable to do anything. The game has not frozen, nor has it crashed, but controls have no response. No movement, can't access Pipboy, etc.

GetDisablesPlayerControls shows that all are enabled, and using the console command "enableplayercontrols" doesn't have any affect. When I hit the Escape key, the Save option is greyed out, almost as if the cut-scene has not completely ended. I also do not get the dialog that Joshua Graham has left my company and I've lost the perk, etc.

I've done a complete uninstall/reinstall to no avail. Still stuck. Is there a console command to replay/end a cut-scene, and forcefully dismiss a companion?
