I have entered the Northern Passage today, but I was stuck in one place. It seemed that every other NPC was also stuck there. I couldn't move at all, same with the NPCs, so I tried to push them somehow away. I shot several Mini Nukes to the ground, I tried to noclip out of there, I even tried to CenterOnCell in the Northern Passage. Nothing worked. Can someone help me?

I had that same problem with my last HH playthrough, coming back to the Mojave from Zion. I ended up using the coc command to a different cell to unstick myself.

The problem is that I was about to start the HH DLC.
