Honest Hearts ruined my GAME!

I cannot express the anger i am feeling right now. I played the game for about 12 hours before starting the Honest Hearts DLC. Mind you, this is on PS3. Because the PS3 and New Vegas are a piece of s---, you have to run about 1000 safety procedureS before you even start playing the f---ing game. You cant have multiple save files, you cant overwrite a save file, you need to clear the cache every time you play, sign out of PSN, delete all your messages, dont collect too much loot, dont turn on the radio, dont turn on the light, dont use laser weapons...And thats not even all the problems...

As soon as you enter zion, your caravan gets ambushed and 2 of your friends die off the bat. Then you see tribesman down the hill on top of the rock. They are firing towards you and your crew fires back .I think i killed about 3 tribesman before i crossed the bridge, where that follow chalks guy was hostile and i was forced to defend myself, and essentially killing the questline without knowing!. But i thought it was just one of those bulls--- side quests, i thought there is no way you can fail the MAIN quest...but apparently you can. Because half way to Daniel, the game started dropping to 2-3 frames a second. So i had to quit and delete all saves and clear the cache.. I didnt realise after i had made it into the camp where everyone was hostile that something was wrong...and i had no save backups because of the PS3 PERFORMANCE ISSUE.

I know you can say that it doesnt matter, but i paid $15 for it, and essentially i have to start a brand new playthrough to experience it again? I already played for over 10 hours, my time is money, and i dont have either to throw away. So what to do? Seriously, what a stupid design flaw!! Im not gonna even continue to play the game, it has been RUINED FOR ME. Im still upset as hell, and i cant believe obsidian and bethesda screwed me over like this. If i was playing on the pc or xbox, i wouldnt of had to worry about save files and performance issues, but with the PS3, YOU HAVE TO!!

How did this make it on the PS3!! It's not fair that people unknowingly get screwed over!!
