Any specific locations I can find them?

Because so far I have knocked down each wooden door for a cave. Rooting out Necromancers. And cannot find a single hooded necromancer robe.

Radiant items are great and all, but I'd like a specific location sometimes for items to make it easier to find.

You can find a unenchanted hooded black robe in Fellglow Keep in the area with a lot of bookcases. It doesn't have the green skull emblem on the chest though, if you're looking specifically for that.

Yeah I was looking for the green skull one.....

Sad times.

Console commands, tho one wiki says that simply equipping them on a mannequin will sometimes change it.
