After installing the override chip into the Control Box, Mr. House mentions grabbing the 'print out spooling' containing the terms for NCR's surrender, etc. Does anyone happen to know where these are located...? (Are they in the same room...?) Do they even matter...? Thanks...!

I think that it is automatically added to your inventory, if your not sure check, its called Order of Withdrawal
