I want another DLC as funny and ridiculous as Mothership Zeta or Old World Blues. We already know Automatron comes with at least a small questline, and it involves the Mechanist, so it already sounds like it'll be ridiculous. I'm optimistic.

I want to face laughing demonic high level Assaultrons in a tight corridor without any cover
Long 400meter corridor and when your 3/4 down the assaultrons of doom spawn ( 5-6 ) and all focus laser in random directions as you try to escape. muahahah!
Definitely silly.
Some random old quotes like "Danger Will Robinson" being thrown in would be cool also.
OMG im going to watch lost in space now, would looooove some kind of Easter egg like that
A few more
"Exterminate"
"I'm sorry Dave I can't do that"
"I've seen attack ships on fire of the shores of orion"
"Alright dudes"
Ok technically they aren't all robots but they are all robot-ish.
They did say we could customize our robots' voices, so programming them to spit out silly movie quotes might be possible.
I've got it! A robot with a Silver Shroud personality module!
Old World Blues yes. Mothership Zeta no.
Many of us would like to forget that stupid dlc never existed. It's a perfect example of taking what was only ever supposed to be an easter egg too far.
MZ is great! Discovering the alien prison section that lets you spawn different creatures to fight was awesome and the confused cowboy is one of the funniest companions I've had.
In any case in Fallout 4:
I want to defeat him as the Silver Shroud. It's lore friendly too because the Silver Shroud comes up against the Mechanist on the Radio.
I don't want to get embroiled in another argument about whether or not Mothership Zeta should exist, but it was funny. That was probably the only thing that made it worth playing. The alien interrogation tapes, the frozen companions, that one room with all the Giddyup Buttercups. That's how whacky I want Automatron to be.
This would be great, or even having him recognize you as the Silver Shroud if you did the quest. I'll even dress up my companion in Grognak's costume for the full effect.
SS could be my favourite set of missions in the game, it is of course obligatory to always "Speak as shroud" and I wish that was a permanent voice change. Female shroud is pretty funny lol
Spoilers obviously but this is the SS mission, the player doesnt choose Speak as Shroud fall all the dialogue but there is enough: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JQQGd43Lqxk
I completely forgot about the tapes, one of the best quests I've done thats basically a simple fetch quest.
"You think you've got problems? What are you supposed to do if you are a manically depressed robot? No, don't try to answer that. I'm fifty thousand times more intelligent than you and even I don't know the answer. It gives me a headache just trying to think down to your level."
"Here I am, brain the size of a planet, and they tell me to take you up to the bridge. Call that job satisfaction? 'Cos I don't."
Throw in some "First law... Disabled" as a nod to Borderlands 2 and I would be glad to die at the hands of that sentry bot.
Figure the Fallout universe is actually one of the Bioshock Infinite universes? Some easter eggs here might be quite cool:
I enter a cave, discover a Vault. I open the door; enter the Vault.
"Would you kindly?" is scrawled all over the walls. I hear a little girl singing.
I leave the Vault; shut the door. Leave at brusque jog.
I'm still holding out for someone to talk about synths or robots going maverick, Mega Man X style.
Mothership Zeta was hated by a LOT of people. Aliens have no place in the Fallout universe outside of being an easter egg.
There is literally no argument you can make to defend Bethesda's stupid mistake. The people who created Fallout have even said that aliens have no place in the Fallout universe outside of being an easter egg.
