I am playing Fallout 4 and i get a prompt from my pc in the form of some sounds.....My cursor then dissappears and becomes the "thinking" icons like it is trying to do something. I minimize the screen and go back into Fallout 4 and now my cursor is bleeding through. It is moving as i move the mouse as wll as the Falllout 4 cursor.

How does one fix this issue? It only started last night and it happens every 5-10 minutes forcing me to restart the game. Steam also acts really wonky saying soething like "I cant exit as it is syncing the save" press yes to continue.
