I hope they include these features...

Hmm I wonder if Bethesda is going to include these features that most RPGs are accustomed to include such as...

1. Organization feature for character saves. Every time I save with a different character it goes on a long list of saves without categorization. So hopefully there will be a way of categorizing saves that belong to the certain character.

2. The ability to have infinite save slots. I know Oblivion had it, Fallout 3 had it, so why not Skyrim. Fallout New Vegas has a disappointing and limiting 100 save slots so hopefully Skyrim can have infinite save slots as long as you have space on your HDD.

3. The ability to re-customize your face. Oblivion didn't have this feature, but Fallout 3 did when you had to talk the plastic surgeon, although if you killed him you would lose this feature (so probably have this feature not attached on an npc, much like a mirror you can go up to and change your facial features, oh yeah and have a way of resetting it to the face that you created initially in the beginning of the game, so all your work of 40min or so doesn't go to waste).

4. Character customization codes. People like to create and share so why not have a code so people can recreate the characters faces that others have made.

Most of these quirks and requests are simply for player flexibility and convenience and I hope Bethesda includes them in Skyrim.

That's a really good suggestion. I've always appreciated that in other games that did this.

I agree, I had numerous characters, sometimes it took awhile to find one and sometimes I overwrite my main save for a character with another character by accident.

2. The ability to have infinite save slots. I know Oblivion had it, Fallout 3 had it, so why not Skyrim. Fallout New Vegas has a disappointing and limiting 100 save slots so hopefully Skyrim can have infinite save slots as long as you have space on your HDD.

I agree completely.

This would be nice to have, I hated when you made you face in the dark starting area then get outside and it looks like [censored].

4. Character customization codes. People like to create and share so why not have a code so people can recreate the characters faces that others have made.

This would be really, really nice to have, since I svck at making faces.

If I make my guy look like Sean Connery I want to share it with the WORLD!
Seriously though, I love games that include this.

Are you thinking about changing facial features or just hairstyle/facial hair and maybe age?

Well I don't see why not you can change hairstyle, facial hair and age, it's Elder Scrolls. If anything... it's because of magic.

I can understand that in Fallout there wasn't any need for age because it was already determined because of the plot. But in Oblivion why not turn yourself younger and have a better skin complexion.

I understand the ability to change hair, but I'm not sure about changing facial features during the game. However, this is something that I wouldn't complain about if it was included. It seems more likely that they would add something for hair only IMO.

If I find an abandoned shack in the wild, I want the ability to move in without losing my loot in the contaniers.

One like Mass Effect would be enough for me. Each character gets a different set of savegame slots, separated by "Careers". Simple, yet effective.

2. The ability to have infinite save slots. I know Oblivion had it, Fallout 3 had it, so why not Skyrim. Fallout New Vegas has a disappointing and limiting 100 save slots so hopefully Skyrim can have infinite save slots as long as you have space on your HDD.

Don't care, really, because I rarely have so much saves, but why not?

4. Character customization codes. People like to create and share so why not have a code so people can recreate the characters faces that others have made.

Again, face codes like ME2? It'd be nice :) Although any face/face texture/hair mods would negate them.

Haircuts was pretty common in Fallout 3 when NPCs would deliver the service. Facial surgery was made to change your facial features, it made sense. For facial features to change there has to be a reasoning behind it, hence a magic mirror is usually the common culprit. It tends to mimic the users desires and... Walla... things happen.

Aside from the excuse, players like me sometimes decide they don't like the look of the character, taste just changes. So the freedom to change your favourite character's face to something else is something of mandatory. I don't want to go 100 hours into the game and all of a sudden I don''t like the look of my character, only if his/hers eyebrows were a tad bit lower and her nose a bit higher... and I don't really believe in quick fixes by hiding the characters appearances with the use of masks. The only reason masks exists is to make your character bad*** like when you were the Pint-sized slasher in Fallout 3.

Saddle bags on horses, so I can leave them outside of the dungeon and just pop out and dump my stuff into them without having to return home or travel to a merchant.

I admit when you have a character that you love and spent a good amount of time training and growing, it would be nice to change the features if you suddenly realize after 40 hours that your character doesn't look that good. Right now I'm just curious to see what the creation system will be like.

I totally agree with this one. I hate getting over encumbered. I'm the type of gamer would clean out a dungeon everything from the nicest sword to the smallest spoon. And yes I have a big collection of spoons in Oblivion, don't ask why... >_>

From experience, the lack of character re-customization was annoying. As an author, I have to think about how a character changes over time. This means that he/she won't look the same feature wise in six months as he did at the start of the game. It's that kind of organic change that brings realism to the game, and a tool, even if minor, to help you change your character would be welcomed with open arms.
