I like your list.

I'll emphasize the few I keyed on:

Crafting. Absolutely agree with craftable foods with varying degrees of replenishment. The skill has to be based on something though, and I'm not currently seeing anything in the perk chart regulating survival craft. There are cooking stations confirmed in the E3 presentation, so that's a good sign. I only hope it's not the rubbish cooking system of Skyrim tacked on to Fallout. We need NV's system back. I would add ammo reloading to this crafting Hope as well.

hardcoe mode. Absolutely no question about it, for me.

I would add my personal Hopes for more weapon variety for small arms. Fallout 3 was anemic, Fallout New Vegas was over the top. I like over the top.

Also want ammo types added in like New Vegas. By ammo type, I mean FMJ, hollow points, armor piercing, incendiary. If we can have ammo reloading back, I want more handload recipes, not just basic reloading. I'll settle for just the ability to reload though. Of course that requires a casing/hull drop system based on your usage, and powder, primer and lead, along with an interface, added to the game world. But like I said, just give us the ability to reload.

Good list overall.

Believable repeatable content. Some of my favorite battles were in interior cells. But that interior was useless after the battle and looting. I wish different enemy factions could procedurally take back those interiors so you could play then over again(even if the baddie type is different the second time around).

These bottle cap mines aren't going to trigger themselves!

If it's around, why not. :)

Where did u get that? :)

- I never did understand the ammo crafting in Fallout: New Vegas

but i wouldn't mind trying it out again in the new game if available.

- Didn't realised that they're short on small arms.

- Ammo variety is always fun, but never did understood it when playing the first two games, lol

I just use it until I ran out and don't know what the benefits was.

:)

Personally I rather not have that...

It's what ruined S.T.A.L.K.E.R. for me

I like to feel I've claimed an area after wiping them out, random encounters are fine...

but full back takeover to redo is not to my liking.

Every time I play that game, I hate it that I keep getting popped by people I killed just yesterday...

running out of bullets faster than I can salvage.

Unless ofcourse the stealth is at Splinter Cell: Blacklist lvl.

than i'm sort of ok with it, cause I can take them all out without wasting ammo.

I've put together another video about stealth in Fallout.

first minute is what is available in Fallout 3 itself

the rest, is what could have been with more work done into it.

:)

Well as for the AI it has been improved at least a little bit.. in the gameplay video you can see the deathclaw attempting to dodge bullets and enemies hiding behind cover.. now as for if they are better at stealth detection.. we dont know yet.

I hope not, they're already super at stealth detection in Fallout 3 & New Vegas. Oo

Can see me in 90degrees. Detect from behind even when crouch and not moving...

I remembered that image from the Fallout 3 manual. That was a great manual, it was all done in a "Vault Dweller's Survival Guide" style with lots of instructional graphics like that one. That was from back when they still made great physical game manuals.

Just took a quick Google image search to find a linkable copy.

Edit: You can see the PDF of the Fallout 3 manual http://cdn.akamai.steamstatic.com/steam/apps/22300/manuals/fallout3_us_pc_manual.pdf?t=1420672506.
