nope that diddnt help any.But finally i have gotten past that point though. fawks and C autom are stuck in vault 87 forever i guess but who needs them lol. It took some unusual game play to do it but im past and i can still see so all is good so far. im going to play out the last quest if i can .

A MUST read for a big laugh. For anyone that has finished the game and played BoS. I know its a bit long but its hella funny IMO enjoy.

And i also don't recommend anyone trying to fix their game like this without putting ALL the codes in . I really should of put completed for ALL the stages for the last quest, I think it would of been better doing so .

Well i was able to get past that point when leaving vault 87 and the flash bang and waking up at raven rock. And this is how my game went . First off it made Fawkes and Crl. Autumn stay in vault 87. Not that big of deal i thought . I Put the codes in to finish but things were not happening. So i had to take a trip up to raven rock and sneak my way in and up to talk to President Eden. Got the Mod FEV told him go boom and left. Fawks sadly was still MIA , But it was a nice lightshow ,to finally see it that is.

Next came the " Take it back" quest and was having allot of problems with talking to Elder Lyons to trigger the quest. I would walk down the steps to talk to him and assoon as i hit the floor my character would be like my feet were glued to the floor. . I couldn't walk but i could pivot right and lleft . i didn't have a reticle or HUD to click and talk to Lyons. This thing took awhile to figure out how to get past i think i had to put the codes (getplayercontrols) at this point to be able to move again . I m not sure of anything at this point . but i think it was the time i went back to the FOMM or i finally went back into the console and made sure that all steps had a 1's = meaning that the stage was completed. there were i think 6 OR 7 stages that were still not finished all still having a 0's. I fixed that and made them all have 1's . Now it was time for the quest" Take it back" , Everyone was standing down by liberty prime except Sara . i could not find her in the citedel so i look on my map. And strangely i found her way up north almost taking the same path as our dad took from tranquility lane. When trying to click on a way point that she was close to. She would jump to another way point. lol . That happened 4 times, she was avoiding me : ( . OK we finally got back to the Citadel ( i finally just ran to catch up to her) . I said to myself (sefl) everything should be fine now ,( not.)

She didn't go into the citadel at all (and there was another cut scene of the citadels front gate opening again ) but instead she just headed right for the taft tunnels ,and when i tried talking to her . The speech options where the ones that we were supposed to have when we were choosing who would go into the purifier . With the forcefields not being down and liberty prime not being lifted out for the final battle. Who knew what would happen next ? So she decided she wanted to go through the Taft tunnels. lol But she Didn't get to far though. she got stuck on the first corner with the sandbags and that chair . I said Screw it who needs her? I was going to go in the purifier myself anyways. So i stated swimming over there .

( Like i said the forcefields were still up and i know of a spot where you can get thru the forcefeild without codes .)

I get past the forcefield kill a few enclave and Walk through the door to the rotunda . And Crl. Autumn is standing there i was like what the hell? No biggie that was a easy fix with a bullet to the head. I start walking up the steps and Sara all of a sudden comes running up ? I for a second though my dead mom was going to show up too lol .

But the mysterious black lady never did.(<- because of the cut scene of your birth) lol . I go in, The door shuts and I think wow finally all The strangeness is over with and i can finally play Battle of steal. I punch in the passage code, and the game ends. And it says i died??. But then i wake up. LMAO !!! I guess its happened before but i dont have that kind of luck. lol j/k.

And first thing i see is Fawkes standing by my bed. But i had clover with me at the end of the game . I say " oh no this don't look good." He would have all the responses like he was my companion but he would not follow me when i told him to . I think its not that big of a deal and move on. So i talk to Elder Lyons and went out into the world to see how everything else was ? Not going straight to Rothschild. First thing i see outside is the forcefields were all still up . ( its strange how all this carried over into the DLC like that)

But I see all the Aqua pura water caravans in place. And even the ones outside at the purifier with that one scribe sitting outside. I had some problems with the enclave and their virtabirds popping up all of a sudden and started fighting each other right when i got the waypoint back . I fixed that i thought . I just killed enclave ,and revived all the good guys that died. i see all the scribes inside the gift shop office with that winnie guy.

i ' ve never been this far in the game so it's all new to me . I decided to check out the rest of the world. And see if i can finish any other side quest. Elder Lyons was still standing down by Liberty Prime with all the Lyons Pride and Rothschild stuck in a loop, Grrrr. My next stage was i needed was to talk to Rothschild but he was only saying "this isn't the time to talk I'm to busy " So i cant start the first stage of Battle of Steel yet i guess. i just went out into the wasteland to drop off blood packs and the sugurbombs i had on me. I eventually get back to the citadel . And See who? But Liberty Prime standing outside the citadel ready for the final battle ( for the purifier quest .) I'm like OK lets do this maybe this will fix everything .

So clover me and Liberty Prime start walking over. But, he gets stuck on the first forceField he is just bumping into it. So I had to use the code (moveto player) from the other side of it for both of them. Me (using tcl) to get through. And we start the final battle again , kind of. I said finally maybe everything will fix itself . So everything is going great just me and clover and liberty prime kicking ass. Who needed the brotherhood anyways?

We get to the purifier And Liberty prime i guess needed glasses? or his scrip just told him to kill any and all people that were outside the purifier? Because he just opend up and just wiped out the scribes and the rivet city security that were there filling up barrels of water?? The Good news was the forcefields were finally down, so Ya. But when i tried to revive the people filling the barrels and the scribe they just start shooting at Liberty Prime. But the worst part is that Rothschild is still stuck in the same conversation Loop. And I'm still unable still to start Battle of Steal after all that trouble i went through. But like i said earlier it might of went better if i HAD put all the completed codes for ALL the stages of the last quest. And this last reason might of helped as well ? Maybe ill try again one of these days

I'm new to modding and programs like FOMM ,invalidinavlidater and whatnot . Being that me never using mods before and allot of read-me's being writen by non english people . It was hard to understand sometimes the steps needed to install . But when i was asked if i had any mods running.

And i listed my load order, way early in this thread .Nobody told me thats NOT where mods are listed at .

Then after awhile i start looking at the FOMM and clicked on file manager for some reason and Tada. I see there WAS still a mod being loaded . So maybe that was the problem all along? With my screen being black at raven rock? The mod it was a body/texture replacer mod for female characters :angel: But I would like to say to the ones trying to help me with this problem .

It would of helped( i think) to suggest that i look in the file manager of the FOMM !

Because Mods are " NOT listed on the load order page of the FOMM. And Load orders are not listed on the File manager page. That was a pretty important piece of info that seemed to just slip through the cracks there. IMHO. But thanks for helping, i quess. : P

so i hope everyone had a good laugh of two at this? it sure was strange to say the least. And That perk" wild wasteland" was nothing compaired to my end game .
