Now I know that there are mods for changing this out there already, but, for my own modding education I would like to make an esp that increases horse speed myself.
I know the basics, but the problem I am having is that although I can locate horses in the cs I can't find where you change the speed of all horses, or even if you can...?
Any help would be most appreciated!
