A very small mod that allows you to increase a horses health and speed.

I got fed up with having my horses killed and having to put up with their default speed. This mod allows
horses to be upgraded with magic buffs that permanently increase that horses health or speed.

I've added 2 scrolls for sale and a vendor who sells them in Chestnut Handy Stables outside the Imperial
City.

One scroll adds 100 health to the base health of any horse it is cast on and the other scroll adds 5 pts to
any horses speed attribute. As many scrolls can be bought and used as needed.

The scrolls have a base value of 250.

i feel obligated to say that this is a pretty cool, idea, thanks for the mod! are you going to expand on it in anyway? maybe find a way to increase other attributes of horses? maybe have different towns sell different buffs?
