It seems like every time I go to a city (and many inns) that I find one or more horses parked right outside the door/gate. Bravil is particularly bad; there are three horses that seem to have no purpose than standing outside the gate, since they appear every time the cell respawns, and all they do is get in each others' way and block the entrance.

So... can anyone make a mod that makes horses go to the stable, or, in the case of inns with no stable, somewhere away from the door?
