Horses in real life can walk backwards slowly. -stare-

This non function is awkward and makes it impossible to get out of spaces that are not 20 feet square..

Also would be nice if the different horses had different stats like in Oblivion.."run faster, more health or less.. etc."

Also I would love a mod that stops horse from trying to help me fight.. "run away horse, I'll find you later."

One last thing.. Can I click on it and name it like in Oblivion?

http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/14950 will do most of what you're looking for, ST, aside from the naming and walking backwards. There is a horse naming mod, but it doesn't work with CH. As for the walking, you'd need new animations I believe, so that might not be available.

You can use http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/57335/? to rename the horse.
