I think I may have come across a recurrent bug.
In situations where I would normally be able to talk to an 'enemy' NPC they are hostile.
Here are 2 examples which have happened to me:
*SPOILERS*
When confronting Kellogg, he says he will stand down and allow us to talk, but as soon as I enter the room he is situated in, him and his synths attack me straight away. I didn't think much of this, because I thought he was just trying to play dirty by making me lower my guard.
During the Lost Patrol quest, there is supposed to be a confrontation with Brandis near the end of the quest, wherein you are able to convince him to go back to the Brotherhood. However, when I played through that part of the quest, he attacked me instantly.

This is kind of frustrating, because I fee like I'm missing out on a lot of dialogue and moral choices.
Has anybody else enountered this? And, does anybody know what the cause/fix is?
