Well, she's a Nord. Of course she looks Amazon-like. You can't raid dungeons if you're a damsel in distress.

I was using the Actor's Ball, and due to my poor in-game resolution, could that have of set her spine to seem like a politician?

Kat Orrork: Very womanly. Looks kinda sensuous, too. But she reminds me too much of some NPC shopkeeper, can't put my finger on which one, though. Not.

Byron Frost-Heart: Not! Looks kinda like U2's The Edge back around the time War came out, only Byron looks 10 times more pissed-off than The Edge could ever hope to!

Anne: That's funny, my very first Oblivion character was Lady Anne. She left the sewers, delivered the Amulet, and I stopped playing her in Chorrol not long afterwards. I guess she was kinda like a trial & error character.

The link to Anne's pic kept crashing my computer, unfortunately, so I'll have to vote tomorrow perhaps. EDIT: just looked at Anne's pic. Yea, she's hot. Damn I want that long hair for my next Renee Gade character.

The Actor's Ball? I meant the bone structure of her face. I cannot put my finger on it, but something seems odd about it. I am not sure if it is just too wide, or the eyes set to apart, or the nose too flat, or maybe some combination of all three and more.

Well, there actually aren't enough posts left available in the topic to get him very far, but I'll upload my latest character. The 25 year old Dunmer Daram Velethi. He's an Archer and Mage hybrid. I had absolutely no idea what to call his class. I thought of Mystic Archer, but it wouldn't fit. I finally settled on Disciple, since it's my rank on here. Anyway, he's pretty much Meldil revamped, story wise. Anyone non-essential he sees; dead. And none the wiser. There is a pile of bodies in Chorrol. Along with dead bodies in various spots, both indoors and outdoors. He's hitting up Bravil next, as he was caught by a Forester when going in to visit Rufio, and got jailed there. I didn't mean him to be much of a looker, but I try and not make my characters too ugly either. So here goes.

Yikes, yes we are running out of posts! Holy moley this went by fast. I'm thinking of doing another contest by the way, but it's not gonna be a hot/not contest, it'll have some other context to it. But I'll wait maybe a month or so before starting that one.

I do want to say this, too. One of the reasons I started this thing was because I kept reading about everyone's characters but (in most cases) I don't know what they look like. Plus my memory is really bad; I don't remember character names very well. But I was just over in the Quirks thread a few moments ago and thefox99 was talking about his character Kat Orrork. It was cool because now I have a picture in my head about what she looks like. I remember her. I remember her name. So this thread has brought all these characters to life!

Ashley Chan, yes, modded characters are ok in this thread. If we look at the results, quite a few Vanilla characters made some Hot points, including my own Igodah Go^Pe; wheras there are a few Modded characters that made plenty of NOT points. Nothing wrong with this at all. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Hey it's Renee, speaking by proxy thru greenwarden, and I'd like to talk to you about the winners of the HOT or NOT contest. I have come up with several categories as seen below. I'd like to thank all of you for making this thread a success. I wasn't sure how people would receive the idea and stuff.

So far as counting votes, I decided to combine HOT and NOT points, using the final result as the final score. So if a character had 9 HOT votes, but 1 NOT vote, the final tally for that contestant would be 8 votes.

ON a side note, I'd like to point out some surprising results. Some of us were assuming if modded characters were in the contest, they'd simply blow away the vanilla characters. Not so. In most cases, vanilla characters only lagged slightly behind..in one case (Hottest Male) they even BEAT the modders in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. Let the results speak for themselves!

I only mention this because in future contests I don't think we should be afraid of a mod versus vanilla issue. It goes to show that whichever character we're talking about, they're really all part of one big family. :clap:
