Ok, the basic question is how do I change my hotkeys? I don't mean "how do I change what is keybound?" I want to change what keys I use for hotkeys if possible.

By default the hotkeys are 1-8, for simplicities sake, let's say I wanted to use f1-f8 instead. Is there an easy way to do this? (I play on a g13 so worst case I just use a second profile for Oblivion only)
