Being a magic user in Oblivion using the hotkeys where absolutley critical, so i didn't have to scroll through all my spells 7-8 times during combat. However i believe they didnt go far enough. I would prefer somthing like double the hotkeys and it would act the same as the one in oblivion but with an extra ring and you would double tap in that direction to get to it. or somthing similar to protoype or dragon age with the stop time/slow time ring menu.
Does anyone else think this aspect needs to be improved?
